1. How many reassignments can I make per day?
Each day, you’re allowed to reassign a limited number of transfers to other Welcome Drivers without any penalties. This daily limit is set by our Operations team and is adjusted based on several operational parameters, such as volume of transfers, special events and/or other operational matters.
When you go to remove a transfer in the app, you’ll see how many reassignments you have left for that day.
2. What if I reached the daily limit of reassignments, but I can't operate a transfer?
If you've hit your daily reassignment limit, you must remove the transfer from your schedule via the Driver App.
3. What happens if another driver accepts the transfer after I remove it?
If the transfer is accepted within the following timeframes, you will only be temporarily paused from receiving new transfer requests for 6 hours after the original pickup time of the transfer you removed:

4. What if the transfer I removed gets accepted outside these timeframes?
If the transfer gets accepted outside of the above timeframes, then the Driver Transfer Removal policy will apply.
5. What if no one accepts the transfer and it gets canceled?
If no driver takes over and the transfer is canceled, then the Driver Transfer Removal policy will apply.
