Changing your Password

Changing the password to access your Welcome's member page and Driver's App

At the moment, you cannot change your password yourself.

You need to contact the Driver Support team via the Chat to request a new password to be generated.

Note that the password will be sent to your email and you will have to re-install the Driver's App again to be prompted to login with the new credential.
