1. How do you access the Welcomer app?
Firstly, you will need to login the app, using your email and a 6-digit login OTP (One Time Password). Following that you will set up a PIN and you may also set up biometrics (Face ID or fingerprint login). That way you will be able to access the Welcomer app without having to login using your email each time.
2. How do you set up the PIN and biometrics?
Open the Welcomer app, type your email and click Submit.
You will receive a 6-digit login OTP in your email.
Copy and paste this code in the Welcomer app.
Create a 4-digit PIN.
If your device supports it, you may also enable the biometrics.
3. Important notes
What if you don’t receive the email with the OTP?
You can request a new code after 60 seconds.
Check your spam/junk folder.
Make sure that the email you entered is correct.
Try again after 60 seconds.
When will you need to login using your email and an OTP?
When you log out of the app.
If you reinstall the app.
After a long period of inactivity.
If you type your PIN wrong 5 times.
Notes on PIN/biometrics:
Every 12 hours or when your session expires you need to re-enter your PIN/biometrics.
If the biometrics don’t work, you can just use the PIN instead.
