1. Why is it important to have the GPS function working correctly on my phone and for the Welcomer app?

When you operate a transfer, you have to slide several buttons in the Welcomer app (welcome tab) in order for us to track your whereabouts and to verify if you were on time and waited the correct complimentary waiting time.

If you don't slide these buttons or the GPS functions settings in your phone and for the Welcomer app are not set correctly, it might be that we don't receive this info. This means that, when the customer reaches out and disputes that the driver was at the pickup location at the correct time and waited the correct complimentary waiting time, we don't have any way to prove that and have to rule in favor of the customer.

For that reason, it is very important that you use the Welcomer app and also have the correct GPS function settings in your phone and for the Welcomer app.
