A. How can I see an overview of my payments and transfer history via my Desktop computer (or laptop)?
Use your preferred browser and open the following link: https://members.welcomepickups.com/drivers
Log in using the same credentials you have for connecting to the Welcomer App on your phone.
Click on the Accounting tab
B. How can I see an overview of my payments and transfer history in the Welcomer app on my phone?
Step 1. In the main Inbox page of the Welcomer app, tap on "Account" in the bottom right corner of your screen
Step 2. Tap on Accounting
C. Pending Payments
Step 3. When you tap on "Pending Payments", you will see an overview of all the transfers that you operated but haven't been paid out yet.
If you have operated transfers that were paid to driver (in destinations where this is applicable), you will see two types of amounts:
Welcome owes to Driver (for transfers paid to Welcome), and
Driver owes to Welcome (for transfers paid to Driver)
The payment you will receive will be the amounts Welcome owes to Driver minus the amounts Driver owes to Welcome.
D. Past Payments
Step 4. When you tap on "Past Payments", you will see an overview of all the payments with full details that have been made by Welcome Pickups to you or your company.
E. History (Transfers)
Step 5. When you tap on "History (Transfers)", you will see an overview of all the transfers you operated sorted by month.
Step 6. You can also print these pages by clicking on the bottom right.
