Acceptance Quota

1. What Is the Acceptance Quota?

The Acceptance Quota defines how many transfer requests you can accept per day or week in the Welcomer App.

Once you reach this quota, you will not be able to accept more requests of the types explained below until the next day or week.

2. Which Transfer Request Types Count Toward the Quota?

The Acceptance Quota applies to the following types of requests:

  • Personal Requests

  • Golden List Transfers

  • Flash Requests

  • Combinations (count as 2 requests)

Once you reach that quota, the system will not send you additional requests of these types of requests until the next day (starting at 00:00) or week (starting on Monday), based on the quotas applied to the city you operate in (weekly or daily quota).

3. Which Transfer Request Types Are Not Affected?

You can continue accepting the following transfer requests without restriction:

  • Broadcast Requests

  • Public Requests

  • Future Requests

  • Offered Requests (Reassignments)

These requests do not count toward your Acceptance Quota.

4. How Is the Acceptance Quota Calculated?

Your Acceptance Quota is calculated based on how many transfers you are allowed to receive per day or week, with a +25% buffer added on top.

Examples:

  • If your Transfer Request Quota is 5 per day, your Acceptance Quota will be 7 per day.
    (5 + 25% = 6.25, rounded up)

  • If your Transfer Request Quota is 25 transfers per week, your Acceptance Quota will be 32 per week.
    (25 + 25% = 31.25, rounded up)

5. What is the difference between the Acceptance Rate and the Acceptance Quota?

The Acceptance Rate is a performance metric that counts how many personal transfer requests you accept out of the total personal transfer requests you receive. It is calculated based on your last 60 personal requests and impacts your overall score.

The Acceptance Quota is a system setting that defines the maximum number of transfer requests you can accept per day or week. Once you reach this quota, you will not be able to accept any more transfer requests of the types that count in the Acceptance quota.

6. Where Can You View Your Totals?

You can track your accepted and operated transfers directly in the Welcomer App:

  • Open the Schedule tab

  • Tap "View more"

  • You will see a breakdown of how many requests you have accepted, removed, and reassigned and how many transfers you have operated.
