Setting up your availability is necessary in order to start receiving transfer requests from Welcome.
Your schedule will inform our system when you are available to work, and you will receive requests only when you are actually available.
Note: The emergency broadcasted requests will still be received outside of your schedule in order to increase the chances of having them operated.
How to build your week shift & set up your availability:
A. How to create a new shift
Step 1. Tap on "Account" at the bottom right
IMPORTANT NOTE: When you see the red banner on the Requests tab of the driver app (as in the above example), it means that you haven't added any availability timeslots for the upcoming week and you should urgently update your availability so that Welcome is aware what time periods we can count on you to operate our transfers.
Step 2. Tap on "Availability" in order to open the upcoming weeks. Afterward, you tap on "edit" in order to enter the week you would like to update.
Step 3: Tap on the + button in order to add a shift:
Step 4: Tap on "Add new shift":
Step 5: Select the date and time and indicate if you would like the shift to be repeated on specific days:
Step 6: When you have selected the fields, tap on "Add Shift"
B. How to Edit a shift:
When you have created a shift for a specific weekday, you can also Edit the shift.
Step 1: Tap on the shift itself and select "Edit":
Step 2: Select the new time and tap on "Save" in order to edit the shift.
C. How to Delete a shift:
Step 1: Tap on the shift itself and select "Delete":
Step 2: If you are sure you wish to Delete, you select "Yes" in order to delete the shift:
D. How to copy a shift from a previous week
When you would like to have the same shift schedule for your upcoming weeks, you can also copy a shift from a previous week in order to work faster:
Step 1: Select the week you wish to update:
Step 2: Tap on the + button:
Step 3: Tap on the option "Copy from previous weeks":
Step 4: Select the week you wish to copy from and tap on "Save"
