Availability Guidelines

You can set your availability within a maximum of 12 hours per day. This approach ensures fair scheduling and accurate availability data, maintaining a balanced ride distribution while allowing flexibility for last-minute, urgent requests outside your defined availability period.

Availability Settings

Availability is limited to 12 hours per day. You are required to set your availability within these limits.

Opting into Broadcast and Public Requests

  • You can choose to receive last-minute, urgent transfer requests outside your selected availability of 12 hours.

  • This allows flexibility if you want to take extra requests while maintaining accurate availability in the system.

Availability Slots

Each scheduled availability period is displayed as a green bar with a specific time range.

You can set multiple availability slots per day, as shown in the example of December 18 (e.g., 06:00 - 12:00 and 15:00 - 21:00).

If you haven't scheduled any shifts for a given day, you will see a "No shift scheduled" message (e.g., December 17).
