If you would like to book a Welcome pickup from a port, you need to let us know your ship's name and point of origin.
While booking your transfer, when you select a port as the location from which you want our driver to pick you up from, you will be prompted to add your ship's and point of origin details under the "Ferry number" field.
Our drivers will actively try to monitor the ferry upon which you will be arriving, so as to be informed in case of any possible delays. For this reason we ask that you provide us with the ferry name as well as the origin of the ferry as seen in the screenshot above.
The name of the ferry as well as the origin is usually written on your ticket but in the event that it is not, you may always ask the dockmaster directly at the port and they will be able to assist you
If there are any mistakes in the ferry info provided, Welcome will send you an email notification in which you have the option to correct the mistakes. For more info on this, please take a look at the following articles:
