1. What documents do I need to provide in order to change the bank account in my driver profile?

You need to provide an (online) bank statement that states the following info:

  • Billing name (account holder name)

  • IBAN of the bank account

  • Billing address (account holder address)

2. What info do I need to provide in order to change the invoicing info in my driver profile?

You need to provide the following details of your company:

  • VAT number of the company or individual

  • Full name of the company (or the individual that holds the VAT number)

  • Address of the company (or the individual that holds the VAT number)

IMPORTANT: In order to perform the changes, the full invoicing name (company or individual) should be identical to the bank account holder's name.

3. How can I change the bank account info or Invoicing info in my driver profile?

When you have gathered the above information and documentation, you will follow the following steps in order to perform the changes in the Welcomer app:

Step 1. In the Welcomer App, go to "Account" and select the little arrow next to your name:

Step 2: Tap on the section called "Billing and payment details":

Step 3: Fill out the fields you wish to change and tap on "Update your billing details":

Underneath, you can find some more info on what info each field should contain:

  1. Bank account holder name: Name of the individual or company who is the owner of the bank account

  2. Full name: Name of the individual or company that holds the VAT number

IMPORTANT NOTE: The Bank account holder's name and Full name of the individual or company that holds the VAT number should always be the same.

  3. Swift/BIC: The swift code or BIC number that can be found together with the IBAN number on a bank statement.

  4. IBAN: A long number that starts with the country's initials and can be found on a bank statement.

  5. Tax/VAT registration number: The VAT number of the individual or company with which he/she has registered at the government authorities.

  6. Tax office/area: The area for which your VAT number is valid (usually the city where you are registered).

  7. Billing address: The official address where the individual or company that holds the VAT number is located.

Step 4: Tap on "Upload your documents and photos":

Step 5: Scroll down to "BANK ACCOUNT VERIFICATION" at the bottom of the page and tap on "Choose a file":

Step 6: Tap on the 3 stripes menu in the top left corner:

Step 7: Select the source on your phone from where you would like to upload the bank statement (that shows the IBAN and bank account holder name) and upload it:

NOTE: A screenshot from your online banking is also sufficient as long as it contains the IBAN and bank account holder's name.

Step 8: Go back to the overall menu and the sections you have changed will show with an hourglass next to it meaning that our Driver Support team will be checking the changes you have made:

Once the changes have been approved, this hourglass will disappear and it will show as "Completed".
