Welcome Pickups allows you to make changes and modifications to your booking up to a certain time prior to your designated pickup time, depending on the destination.

If you need to change your booking's details (i.e. number of passengers and pieces of luggage, pickup time, etc.), you can do so by visiting your booking and following the instructions on how to modify your transfer below:

If you are not able to add an additional passenger in your reservation, then we advise you to contact your driver via the Driver/Traveler chat directly. He will be able to provide you with available solutions. Alternatively, you may chat in with our support team if you believe that a vehicle upgrade is warranted (ie. upgrading from a Minivan to a Minibus)

You will need to click on the chat bubble at the bottom right and a pop up window will appear.

Afterward, you will click on the "I need help with a transfer" option in the "Are you a traveler?" section:
