Travelers Contacted me to Cancel their Transfer and Asked if they will be Refunded

What to do if the travelers contact you to cancel their booking

Kindly inform the travelers that there are two ways they can cancel the booking themselves.

  1. They can follow a link in their booking confirmation email that reads "Manage my Booking"

  2. Or they can download our Traveler App, login with their email and do it there
