How can I cancel my Welcome transfer?

Would you like to cancel your transfer? Please follow these steps!

Currently there are 2 ways to cancel your transfer with Welcome Pickups

1. Via the Welcomepickups.com Web Page

2. Via the Welcome Pickups Traveler Mobile App


Cancel through Welcomepickups.com Web Page

Step 1. Go to the email confirmation you received when you made the booking, and click on "Manage your booking"


* An alternate way if you cannot find an email with a "Manage your booking" button, is to go to www.welcomepickups.com, click on the "My Bookings" button at the top right, and sign in with the email or phone number you used for your booking. After signing in you will be taken to the same next page.

Step 2. Once the web page loads, click on the "Trip" tab at the top bar of the page

Step 3. Select the transfer that you wish to cancel and click on it.

Step 4. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click "Cancel this transfer".

Step 5. If you are canceling at least 24 hours prior the transfer pickup time, select one of the 2 cancelation options as per your needs.

Option 1 - Get a coupon that matches 100% of the transfer's value that you or anyone else can use in any of our destinations.

Option 2 - Get 80% of the transfer's value in your bank account.

*If you are canceling in less than 24 hours from transfer pickup time, unfortunately we do not offer a refund per our Terms of Use.

Step 6. Confirm your cancellation selection and you are done! If you opted for the flex coupon you will be receiving the coupon details immediately in your email. If you selected to get your money back you should receive the money in the next 3 to 5 business days.

Cancel through Welcome Pickups Traveler Mobile App

Step 1. Download our application based on your phones operating system:

  • IOS (Apple Phones)

  • Android (Samsung, Sony and other popular phone brands)

Step 2. Log in using either your email or mobile phone (the one provided during booking)



Step 3. Click on the "Trip" tab at the bottom of the page


Step 4. Select the transfer that you wish to cancel

Step 5. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select "Cancel this transfer"


Step 6. If you are canceling at least 24 hours prior the transfer pickup time, select one of the 2 cancelation options as per your needs.

Option 1 - Get a coupon that matches 100% of the transfer's value that you or anyone else can use in any of our destinations.

Option 2 - Get 80% of the transfer's value in your bank account.

*If you are canceling in less than 24 hours from transfer pickup time, unfortunately we do not offer a refund per our Terms of Use.


Step 7. Confirm your cancellation selection and you are done! If you opted for the flex coupon you will be receiving the coupon details immediately in your email. If you selected to get your money back you should receive the money in the next 3 to 5 business days.
