When am I entitled to a refund?

You are entitled to a refund when canceling a booking up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time. Kindly note that there is a Cancelation fee of 20% from your booking's original cost (ie. If your sightseeing ride has a cost of 200 Euros, you will be receiving 160 Euros back).

If a Welcome Experience is cancelled in less than 24 hours prior to operation time, the Traveler is not Compensated. You can check our Traveller Cancellation Request Policy here.


Are there any other alternatives?

You may also request a coupon that matches 100% of the sightseeing rides value that you or anyone else can use in any of our destinations.


You can even pass the coupon to another Traveler, and can be used for a limited period of 12 months from the day of your cancellation request.

  • If the coupon amount is higher than the cost of the new booking, there is no refund for the difference, the total cost of the new booking is covered by the coupon.

  • If the coupon amount is less than the cost of the new booking, the Traveler will have to proceed with a payment of the difference. The coupon is issued for a single use and can not be canceled.
