What is your refund policy for Sightseeing Rides?

Cancellations 24+ hours before pickup receive an 80% refund. Alternatively, get a 100% value coupon valid for 12 months that can be transferred to others.

When am I entitled to a refund?

You may cancel your Sightseeing Ride up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time and choose one of the following options:

Option 1:

Full-Value Coupon (100%)

Receive a coupon equal to 100% of the amount paid, which can be used for any future Sightseeing Ride in the cities where we operate.

  • The coupon is valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation.

  • It can be used by you or transferred to another traveler.

  • If the new booking costs less than the coupon value, the remaining balance is not refundable.

  • If the new booking costs more than the coupon value, you will need to pay the difference.

  • The coupon is issued for a single use and cannot be canceled.

  • The coupon can be used solely to book another Sightseeing Ride


Option 2: Full Refund

Receive a 100% refund of the amount paid for your Sightseeing Ride.

Refunds are processed using the original payment method and may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.


What happens if I cancel less than 24 hours before pickup?

If a cancellation request is received less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time, it is considered a last-minute cancellation.

In this case:

  • The booking is non-refundable.

  • A 100% cancellation fee applies.

  • No refund or coupon can be issued.
