Can I customise the sightseeing ride to my needs?Yes, you can customise every aspect, including stops and time spent at each location. Coordinate changes with your driver before or during the ride.
What is included in the price?Included: hotel pickup/dropoff, English-speaking guide, wifi, taxes, fuel, and tolls. Not included: entrance fees, meals, beverages, and tips.
Are entrance fees to the sites included?No, entrance fees are not included, but your driver will help you purchase tickets. Drivers provide general information but aren't professional tour guides for detailed site tours.
How do I change/cancel my Sightseeing ride?Contact Support via the chat bubble with your booking number and new desired date/time if requesting a change. Support will process your request.
What is your refund policy for Sightseeing Rides?Cancellations 24+ hours before pickup receive an 80% refund. Alternatively, get a 100% value coupon valid for 12 months that can be transferred to others.
How long will my driver wait for me?Complimentary waiting times: 60 min. for airport pickups, 30 min. for ports/train stations and other locations. Drivers can wait longer for an additional charge if needed.
Will the driver accompany to the sites?No, drivers are local guides who wait outside sites while you explore. They share local insights but aren't official tour guides and cannot accompany you inside.
Do you have wheelchair-accessible vehicles?Yes, wheelchair-accessible minivans with ramps are available in select destinations based on seasonality. Mention this requirement in the "Notes" section when booking.
Can I add a sightseeing ride to my already existing transfer?Yes, book your sightseeing ride for the same time as your transfer, then contact Support with both booking details. We'll assign the same driver for both rides.
