1. How many reassignments can I do per day?
A driver is allowed to do a certain number of reassignments to another driver per day without penalty. This number is determined by the Support team depending on the volume of transfers or any special circumstances (events, many flight/ferry delays) causing the community to have to reassign more transfers.
2. What do I need to do when I reached the maximum number of reassignments allowed that day but I can't operate a transfer?
In case the driver reached the maximum number of reassignments to another driver that day, he needs to remove it.
3. What is the penalization in case the transfer gets accepted by another driver after I remove it?
The penalization will be the following:
If the transfer is to be operated in more than 24 hours from the moment you remove it and it gets accepted by another driver within 60 min after you remove it, the only penalty you will have is that you won’t get any new transfer requests for 6 hours after the pickup time of the transfer you removed.
If the transfer is to be operated within 24h to 8h from the moment you remove it and it gets accepted by another driver within 40 min after you remove it, the only penalty you will have is that you won’t get any new transfer requests for 6 hours after the pickup time of the transfer you removed.
If the transfer is to be operated in less than 8 hours from the moment you remove it and it gets accepted by another driver within 20 min after you remove it, the only penalty you will have is that you won’t get any new transfer requests for 6 hours after the pickup time of the transfer you removed.
4. What is the penalization if the transfer I removed gets accepted by another driver outside the above timeframes?
If the transfer gets accepted outside of the above timeframes, the penalization will be the following:
Your reliability rate will drop by 1 removal
If removed between 8 and 3 hours before the pickup time, you will receive a Yellow flag
If removed less than 3 hours before the pickup time, you will receive a Red flag, and depending on the price of the transfer, you will receive a monetary penalization of 5 or 10 euros.
5. What is the penalization in case the transfer I removed doesn't get accepted by another driver at all?
If the transfer doesn’t get accepted by another driver at all (and gets canceled), the penalization will be the following:
The reliability rate will be affected
A red flag will be issued
A suspension period will be issued (only for individual drivers)
A monetary penalty of 30 % of the driver cut that the driver was supposed to receive will be issued (only for Dispatcher company drivers) (This process is not in place yet but will be introduced in the near future).
E.g: if the original driver's cut was 50 euros, the driver will be fined 15 euros on his next payment.
If removed less than 3 hours before the pickup time, depending on the price of the transfer, you will receive a monetary penalization of 5 or 10 euros.
