When operating a transfer, you should comply with the following Covid measures:

  • Make sure to wear a mask during the full duration of the transfer

  • Make sure to sanitize your vehicle before the transfer

  • Make sure to always have sanitizing gel and wipes available in the back seats of your vehicle

  • Make sure to keep the appropriate distance with the customer at all times

  • Make sure to check with the customer if it's ok to switch on the A/C.

If we receive a complaint from the customer that you didn't comply with one of the above measures, a yellow flag will be issued by the Support team.
