Step 1. Reach out to the customer via Whatsapp/Phone in order to inform them that you have found the item

Step 2. If the customer is still in the city you operate in, please arrange to meet with them while they are staying in the city.

Step 3. If the customer has left the city already, please arrange to send them the item (if possible) via post or courier at the customers' expense.

B. Do I need to reach out to the Support team when a customer has forgotten an item in my car?

No, there is no need. It suffices that you follow the above process. Only in case the customer heavily complains or creates an argument, you should report it to the Support team so they can intervene.
