1. What to do when the customer asks me for an extra stop before or during the ride?

We do not offer extra stops as a service provided by the company.

However, when the customer asks for an extra stop and you are able and available to accommodate it, you can offer them the option.

2. How can the customer pay me for this extra stop?

The customer can pay you for an extra stop either in Cash or via POS.

3. How much should I charge the customer for an extra stop and how do I calculate it?

We should charge them the following as an extra stop fee:

  • 6 euro for a Sedan transfer (for max 15 minutes of waiting at the extra stop address)

  • 9 euro for a Minivan transfer (for max 15 minutes of waiting at the extra stop address)

  • 12 euro for a Minibus transfer (for max 15 minutes of waiting at the extra stop address)

On top of that, we should charge them 1,5 euros per extra kilometer you had to drive for this extra stop.

For example: if the extra stop takes me 5 KM out of my way, I charge 7,5 euros extra.

So the total extra charge for a Sedan car would be 7,5 euros + 6 euros extra stop fee = 13,5 euros.
