If a Welcome driver sends a transfer to a dispatcher company, the company can see the details of the transfer and accept or reject it in the transfers tab in the dispatcher app. Once accepted, the dispatcher company can either assign a driver and operate it, or share it with another company or driver, if they are not able to operate it.

Step 1. The offered transfer will appear in the main transfer tab in the dispatcher app.

Step 2. Click on the "Click here to see more" to see all the details of the offered transfer and to accept of reject the offer.

Step 1. Find the transfer you wish to share and click on the "Reject or Offer" button.

Step 2. Select the "Offer this transfer" option and then click the "Continue" button

Step 3. In the search tab, you can can search for the driver of company of your choice.

Step 4. Once you have found the driver or company of your choice, you need to confirm that you have communicated with them about the offered transfer and they expect it. Then, you click on "Offer Transfer" to complete the process.

Step 5. A timer will then appear, showing how much time the driver or company who has received the transfer, has to accept it.
