Step 1. Tap “Assign driver”.

Step 2. Select the preferred driver

Step 3. Select the preferred vehicle

Step 4. Tap on assign

Step 5. The assigned transfer will look like this:

IMPORTANT NOTE:

When a transfer comes in, it’s the responsibility of the Dispatcher tool users of the company to make sure that the transfer is assigned. Rejections should be avoided at all costs.

Step 1. Tap on “Reassign driver”

Step 2. Select the new driver

Step 3. Select the new vehicle

Step 4. Tap on assign

Step 1. In the Drivers tab, tap on "Add driver"

Step 2. Fill out and select all the details required

Step 3. Tap on "Submit"

Step 4. The driver candidate you added will be visible in the “Pending tab”

Step 5. Afterward, our Driver recruiting team will carefully review the driver candidate details and also conduct an interview with the driver. Based on that, the candidate driver might be added or rejected.

Step 1. In the Driver tab, hover over the active driver

Step 2. Tap “Deactivate” (in red letters)

Step 3. Tap “Deactivate" (the red button)

Step 1. In the Vehicles tab, tap on “+ Add vehicle”

Step 2. Fill out, select all the details required and upload the photos of the vehicle

Step 3. Tap "Submit"

Step 4. The vehicle you added will be visible in the “Pending tab”

Step 5. Afterward, our Support team will carefully review the new vehicle details. When the vehicle answers to the requirements we need, the vehicle will be approved.

Step 1. Hover over the active driver you wish to assign the preferred vehicle to

Step 2. Tap “Set Vehicles”

Step 3. Select the vehicles you would like to add as preferred vehicles for this driver

Step 4. Tap "Update"
