What can the driver do in case a customer shows up at the pickup location in an intoxicated state?

  • The driver can proceed with the operation of the transfer on his own responsibility and will get fully compensated for the transfer.

  • The driver can call the Support line to report the situation and can request for the transfer to be removed from his schedule and canceled. In that case, the driver won’t receive any compensation for the transfer.
