When operating a transfer, you should comply with the following Covid measures:
Make sure to wear a mask during the full duration of the transfer
Make sure to sanitize your vehicle before the transfer
Make sure to always have sanitizing gel and wipes available in the back seats of your vehicle
Make sure to keep the appropriate distance with the customer at all times
Make sure to check with the customer if it's ok to switch on the A/C.
If we receive a complaint from the customer that you didn't comply with one of the above measures, a yellow flag will be issued by the Support team.
