When a traveler is booking with us, he has the option to ask for a baby or child seat. The traveler pays 5 euro for the seat which is added to the price of the transfer. You should have the seat already installed in your vehicle when picking up the customers.

When a traveler has requested a seat, it will be clearly mentioned in the transfer request .

The traveler has the option to choose between 3 types of seats:

  • Infant carrier: 0 - 6 months

  • Child seat: 6 months - 3 years

  • Booster: 3 - 12 years

Please note that these seats are not interchangeable, you should always make sure that you have installed the correct type of seat in your vehicle.

ATENTION!

It is possible for a traveler to book a transfer and instead of booking baby seats to write a comment, asking for one instead. If you receive a transfer request that has a comment asking for a baby seat but no baby seat booked, please follow the steps described here to modify the booking. You will also need to notify the traveler that he will be asked confirm the changes (in the email he will receive) and to pay for the additional baby seat cost.
