Welcome offers the following complimentary waiting times, depending on the type of pickup booked:
Transfers Waiting Times:
Airport Pickup: 60 minutes
Port, Train Station, Bus Station Pickup: 30 minutes
Other Pickups : 15 minutes
Sightseeing Rides Waiting Times:
Sightseeing ride from an Airport: 60 minutes
Sightseeing ride from a Port, Train & Bus Station: 30 minutes
Sightseeing ride from any other location: 30 minutes
The complimentary waiting time starts from the scheduled pickup time.
For an airport/port Pickup where the scheduled pickup time is other than the flight/ship arrival time and the flight/ship is delayed and expected later than the scheduled pickup time, the new arrival time becomes the pickup time.
For an airport/port Pickup where the pickup time is the flight/ship arrival time and there is a flight/ship delay, the complimentary waiting time starts from the moment the flight/ship arrives provided that the Traveler has provided correct and adequate flight/ship details to allow for the tracking of their arrival.
For an airport/port Pickup where the pickup time is the flight/ship arrival time and the flight/ship arrives earlier than the scheduled time, the pickup time remains the scheduled pickup time.
For an airport pickup where the passengers are arriving with more than one flights, Welcome considers the transfer’s pickup time to be the one declared by the Traveller as their arrival time during their booking, or an updated arrival time as per the Traveller Change Request Policy.
