In this article, you’ll learn how to use our new chauffeur service, which allows you to book hourly rides for your customers. You can use it to extend an existing Sightseeing Ride or to offer a short ride after a customer transfer.

Step 1: Select the customer for whom you want to book a tour. Click on the Add Tour Booking button.

Then you need to choose the number of passengers. This step is a little tricky, as the pricing depends on how many passengers there are:

🔑 How pricing works in the driver app for Chauffeur service.

  • The price is linked to the number of passengers you select, and this depends on your car type.

  • Each car type has a different passenger-to-duration mapping, and drivers can only book up to 4 hours.

Here’s the breakdown:

🚗 Sedan

  • 1 hour → book for 1 passenger // 2 hours → book for 2 passengers // 3 hours → book for 3 passengers // Up to 4 hours → book for 4 passengers (max)

🚐 Minivan

  • 1 hour → book for 5 passengers // 2 hours → book for 6 passengers // 3 hours → book for 7 passengers // Up to 4 hours → book for 8 passengers (max)

🚌 Minibus

  • 1 hour → book for 8 passengers // 2 hours → book for 9 passengers // 3 hours → book for 10 passengers // Up to 4 hours → book for 12 passengers (max)

⚠️ Important:

  • Always select the correct number of passengers, as this determines the price. The system doesn’t ask you to choose a ‘duration’ directly — it’s built into the passenger number you select.

  • The real number of passengers in the car does not matter — e.g., if the trip will last 1 hour, select “1 passenger” (for Sedan), even if 4 people are actually riding.

Step 4: After selecting the number of passengers, you’ll need to choose the payment method. You can either send a payment link to the customer via email, allowing them to add their card details and complete the payment, or select Customer is with me – Pay now. In this case, a secure payment window will appear on your phone, and you’ll need to hand it to the customer so they can enter their card details.
