A. What is the Snooze function?

The Snooze function allows you to "snooze" the Welcomer App notifications for a period of time. During that time, Welcome will still be sending you requests without a pop-up notification and sound, and you will be able to accept them when this period is over.

NOTE:

The Snooze function can help you avoid missing any personal transfer requests. This will improve your acceptance rate and leaderboard position (see the article "Description of the metrics in the driver's leaderboard")


B. How to set up the Snooze function?

Step 1. Tap on the notification bell icon in the top right corner of your inbox

Step 2. Select the time length of the snooze period (maximum 8 hours)

Step 3. In order to stop the snooze period manually, tap the red bell in the top right corner of your inbox


C. How to set up a recurring Snooze period:

Step 1. Tap on the notification bell icon in the top right corner of your inbox

Step 2. Select the option: "Set recurring time"

Step 3. Tap on "Set snooze time"

Step 4. Select the start-time and the end-time of your recurrent snooze period

Step 5. Select for which days of the week you would like this snooze period to apply

Step 6. Tap the Save button

NOTE: In order to delete your recurrent snooze period after you have saved it, you need to go through the same steps as described above and select the red Delete button.
