You are entitled to a refund if you cancel 24 Hours or More before your transfer pickup time

When canceling you have the below options to receive compensation:

  • Flex Coupon: An open date coupon for a new booking, valid until October 1st 2021, you can use it at any of our many destinations, you can even share it with a friend or colleague as a gift. The coupon is sent via email immediately when you cancel your transfer.

  • Refund: When requesting for a refund, please note that there will be a 20% Cancelation fee. The refund will take 3 to 5 business days to be processed.

In order to check whether a refund has been completed, you will need to reach out directly to your financial institution (Bank, Paypal, GooglePay) and access your billing account.

Once a refund is processed you will see the amount credited back from " INTERNET" . Kindly note that there may variances on the visual representation based on your financial institution

If you wish to cancel a transfer that is happening in less than 24 hours, we are sorry to inform you that we will not be able to offer you any form of compensation
