How can I change the profile picture via the Welcomer app?
In order to help the travelers recognize you, we would recommend that you have a recent and up-to-date photo as your profile picture in the Welcomer app.
You can change your profile picture yourself in the following way:
Step 1. In the Welcomer App, go to "Account" and select the little arrow next to your name:
Step 2: Tap on the section called "Upload your documents and photos":
Step 3: Tap on the link underneath the existing picture:
Step 4: Tap on the 3 stripes menu in the top left corner:
Step 5: Select the source on your phone from where you would like to update the photo, upload it and tap on "Done":
Step 6: In the overall menu, the section you have changed will show with an hourglass next to it meaning that our Driver Support team will be checking the changes you have made:
Once the changes have been approved, this hourglass will disappear and it will show as "Completed".
Here are a few tips for taking a good Welcome Driver Selfie:
Do's
Pick an area of your home or office that has good natural lighting and neutrally painted wall-preferably a white one.
Try to have the sun or other light source come from in front of your face not from behind
Choose to be sitting or standing, make sure to straighten your back and look eye level into the camera
Be comfortable and smile
Don'ts
No bathroom selfies
No mirror selfies
No selfies from the bottom up
No car selfies
No flash – this will give a harsh look to your photo
Do not wear hats or sunglasses when taking your selfie
