If you feel that a flag has been unfairly applied to a transfer, it can be disputed by sending relevant information to our customer support team.
In the case of an issue with a transfer, the only relevant information that our support team can accept is GPS data that corresponds to the GPS data from the Welcome Pickups Driver App.
GPS data from Google Maps, Waze, or any other maps or transfer management apps will not be an acceptable form of evidence for a dispute, and the flags will remain.
In the case of an issue with a traveler, we ask for screenshots from text conversations, phone call transcripts, or any other information that we can use in our investigation with the traveler.
