Setting hours of availability within the Dispatcher Tool is crucial for ensuring the efficient and reliable completion of transfers. Setting availability also ensures that the Welcome Pickups team is best positioned to support you should any issues arise. As such we require the following from you as Company Partners:
If you need to block your availability for any time period up to 24 hours, we require you to block no less than 8 hours in advance.
If you are set to be unavailable for over 24 hours on a given day, we require you to block no less than 5 days in advance, and to notify your Company Operations Manager via email that you are doing so.
In the event of a force majeure situation, we ask you to inform the Live Operations team via your city WhatsApp group immediately. If possible, we also ask you to block your availability accordingly.
If failure to set availability is due to unforeseen circumstances please notify the Welcome Pickups team as soon as possible so that we can look to resolve any issues as soon as possible.
