The Welcome Pickups team prioritizes quality when it comes to transfers. As a Welcome Pickups partner, there will be some quality metrics that relate specifically to how well you and your team are performing Welcome Pickups transfers. Below are the key metrics that we measure performance on, and what we require from our partners in terms of benchmark performance:

  • DRS - DRS, or Driver Review Score, is the rating given to the driver by the traveler at the end of a transfer. We require partners to maintain a minimum average DRS score of 4.80.

  • App Usage - This relates to the completion of the four key app events used during the completion of a transfer. More information on this can be found here. As part of our quality requirements, we ask for at least 80% Basic App Usage in each transfer.

  • Driver on Time - This relates to the driver being punctual and on time for a transfer, including the mandatory wait times prior to the scheduled pick-up time. This is a minimum quality requirement for a Welcome Pickups transfer and is governed by our flagging system.

  • Car Condition - This relates to the cleanliness AND upkeep of your vehicle, which means maintenance of the actual vehicle itself. This is a minimum quality requirement for a Welcome Pickups transfer and is also governed by our flagging system.

  • Friend on the Ground - This relates to how friendly and helpful the driver is with travelers. A little goes a long way here, and for a traveler being met with somebody who seems genuine, friendly and happy to see them can be the difference between a satisfactory transfer and a memorable experience. While this is not something that is governed by our flagging system, it is nevertheless something that we measure and is what separates Welcome Pickups and its partners from other transfer providers.

  • Flags - Welcome Pickups utilizes a Flagging System as part of its quality control process to measure and maintain the performance of the driver fleet at a high level. Please see our Flags page for more details.

The Welcome Pickups team is here to support your operations and ensure that you have the tools and resources at your disposal to conduct your transfers with the desired metrics that we look for.
