Welcome Pickups utilizes a Flagging System for its drivers as part of its quality control process to measure and maintain service quality at a high level. The Flagging System is administered by the Support team and is designed to ensure adherence to company standards and customer satisfaction.

For Company Partners, Welcome Pickups employs a Misalignment Warning system. These warnings are based on your drivers’ performance but applied on a company level. Below is a list of misalignment infringements:

  • Average Driver Review Score (DRS) below 4.80 in a 30-day period.

  • Basic App Usage rating of less than 80% in a 30-day period.

  • Repeated instances of the following Flags in a 30-day period

    • Driver No Show

    • Failure to bring the correct baby seat

    • Non-Welcomer without following the Non-Welcomer Process

    • Cancellation due to Late Removal (less than 3 hours before pick up time)

    • Excessive Driver Lateness

Misalignment Infringements will render you as a company liable for a Misalignment Warning, they will not result in a direct Misalignment Warning.

If you receive 2 Misalignment Warnings, you will be subjected to potential offboarding and termination of the partnership. The number of Misalignment Warnings resets annually.
