When and how you could contact the Welcome Pickups team

The Welcome Pickups team is here to support you with any questions you may have or issues that arise. So that we can help you as effectively as possible, it is important that you are contacting the right team for the right issue or situation.

Support Team: Available 24/7 for all your questions, requests, and complaints. We recommend reaching out to this team first before anybody else. You can contact them through email at drivers@welcomepickups.com, the chat feature on the Welcome app, or in case of an emergency transfer (to be operated within the next 12 hours), you can call them at the toll-free number +442033189077.

City Manager: This person oversees operations and strategic decisions for market growth. If you have any feedback related to the destination as a whole, you can escalate your messages to them via support. They will also hold occasional calls to listen to community feedback, exchange ideas, and help us grow together.

Emergency Live Ops Team: You will find this team on your city WhatsApp group, which they use to share urgent unassigned transfers, as well as to ask for updates on roadblocks, upcoming events, and the like.

Driver Acquisition and Quality Team: This team handles Dispatcher and Driver onboarding and retrainings. You can reach out to them for retrainings and all quality-related questions. You'll usually hear from them through WhatsApp, which is also where you can find them.
