In cases when a flight or vessel arrival is delayed and the driver needs to change the pickup up to accommodate the late arrival, there might be an extra night rate charge. In this case the following process needs to be followed:

  1. The driver will make the change via the application so that the new rate is applied and a payment link is sent to the customer.

  2. If the customer does not agree to pay the night rate’s extra charge as the delay was out of their control, then the driver must still operate the transfer and contact Support in order for Support to increase the DC in CRM.

In all cases, the transfer must be accommodated by the driver.
