How can I correct the errors in my booking?

Follow these easy steps to fix any errors that you may have

If you have received an email informing you of a possible error in your booking, we kindly ask that you correct it so as to ensure the safe and efficient operation of your transfer.


Please follow these instructions in order to resolve any possible errors.

Through our Website

1. In the email that you have received , select "Click here to fix". This will redirect you to your booking page.

2. Once you are redirected to your booking page you will see two options. If the information that we are informing you about please select "This information is correct"

3. If the information is not correct please select the "Add correct information" option. This will take you to the transfer details page

4. Select the option that appears to have an issue and add the correct information

5. Once you are done please go ahead and save the changes. From that point onwards the error should no longer appear

6. You are now done and all your errors are resolved! Enjoy your ride!


Through the App
