Step 1. You will need to click on the chat bubble at the bottom right and a pop up window will appear.
Step 2. Select "Are you a traveler option"
Step 3. Select the option that pertains to your situation
Step 4. Depending on the option you have selected you will be able to leave us a message
When reaching out please provide the following information:
- Detailed description of the issue
- Booking number, if applicable (Ex. W-123456-1)
- Any supporting documentation, that could assist with the investigation (Ex. Photos, screenshots, receipts)
Once our Support team receives the report, you will either be immediately serviced by a representative or in the eventuality that the case needs to be escalated, you will be contacted within 5 business days by a higher tier specialist.
