Make sure that your phone has push notifications enabled for our Drivers App, so you’re notified of transfer requests sent to you.

It’s a good idea to check your schedule before you accept a transfer request, so as to avoid last minute Removals.

Don't’ forget to use our App to indicate that you’re at the pickup location once you’re there, and to also indicate that your Welcome ride has been completed and you have dropped off the Travellers to their destination once the ride is over.

If your designated pickup point is at an airport, port or train station, always use a Flight / Ship / Train Arrival tracker app in order to have more precise arrival-related information, and monitor any potential delays.
